Removals
We use only modern specialist removal vehicles and fully trained staff. We therefore feel totally confident in carrying out an efficient removal service from estimate to packing through to safe delivery at your chosen destination. With 45 years experience we believe we can offer unrivalled local knowledge & expertise. No job is too big or small for us to consider. We offer a range of services from a complete pack & move to an hourly rate service for smaller loads.
Storage
If you have to store your furniture, we can offer you a trouble free move into and out of our container store. Your goods will be stored in wooden storage containers measuring 7 feet x 7 feet x 5 feet, each of which takes 250 cu ft of furniture and effects and are brought on site in our specialist container lorries. This storage system requires less handling, greater security, facilitates ease of movement and allows us complete control over all the goods you send to store.
Packing & Packaging
We can offer you the full removal service with our staff undertaking the expert packing of all your effects or they can pack just the breakable items. Should you decide to do your own packing we can provide all the boxes on a deposit system plus sell you packing paper and tape.
Shipping
If you are moving further afield we can offer a comprehensive overseas shipping service. Our area of expertise covers individual items such as bequests or gifts up to the relocation of full households, to any part of the world either by sea in containers or smaller loads by airfreight.
We offer a full export packing and container loading service, which ensures the safe transport of your furniture and effects to your new address overseas where our destination agent will unpack everything in your new home, and remove the packing materials. We can offer competitive specialist goods in transit insurance for your overseas shipping.
Pianos & Antiques
Our company specialises in piano removals moving any piano from upright to concert grand. We can manoeuvre them up and down stairs, within schools and private houses, for any occasion. We can also use a crane to remove them from buildings with difficult access.
We carry out contracts for Bonhams and Christies in the south east and all our staff are used to handling and packing valuable and cherished furniture. We also undertake deliveries for local antique dealers to and from antique trade fairs across the UK.
