From your first contact with our office until the time you are safely installed in your new home you are dealing with people who know their profession thoroughly. The skills of our reliable removal staff have been accumulated over the years they have worked for us and you will benefit from their knowledge and competence during your removal. We have at present in our employment, staff with more than one hundred years of experience between them in the removal business.
Estimates: As soon as you have an idea of your removal date, telephone or E-mail the office and we will arrange for our estimator to call at a time convenient to you to give an estimate. Between them our estimators have a total of 75 years experience in estimating household removals and their expertise will help ensure that your removal is accurately assessed. This means that on the day we provide the right vehicles, staff and packing materials to provide the best possible service to you.
Packing: We can offer you the full removal service with our staff undertaking the expert packing of all your effects or they can pack just the breakable items. Should you decide to do your own packing we can provide all the boxes on a deposit system plus sell you packing paper and tape.
Insurance: We are fully insured and your estimate will have this element included at no extra cost to yourself.
Local Knowledge: Having spent the past 35 years working in the local area we have a detailed knowledge of the problems which we encounter daily doing removals. We check every access to make sure that we can get our vehicles to your property and we can also cope with difficult access which may require a shuttle from the house to the lorry or the use of traffic lights to assist in the loading of the lorry on a busy road.
